Residential Services – All of my new listing clients receive both the 3D Tour and Floor Plans for free!  I’m also available for hire by other Realtors, FSBOs, as a keepsake for a loved one heading off to college, moving to assisted living/long term care, or even your baby nursery!

Commercial Services – There are numerous applications in the commercial space for a 3D Tour: document projects, communicate w/stakeholders, streamline workflows, restoration of historical buildings, rental properties, travel & hospitality, retail & restaurant, and more!

  • Google Street View Integration – Let your customers check out your space before they arrive; commercial only
  • Schematic Floor Plans – >98% accurate and generated w/in 48 hours after scan.  Provided in both .png & .pdf formats
  • MatterTag Posts – Embed text descriptions, images, audio, video, and link to external resources all from within your 3D Space
  • MatterPak Bundle – Textured OBJ, colorized point cloud, reflected ceiling plan image and floor plan image
  • Collaborator Access – Great if you have a team that needs access to the model for viewing, editing or measurements
